SAP SERVICES

SAP implementation services

Put your processes at the centre of your SAP implementation.

A new ERP system should make purchasing, production, sales and finance work together. Nexus8 plans SAP implementation around the transactions your people perform and the information your management needs.

THE BUSINESS CHALLENGE

Put your processes at the centre of your SAP implementation.

Disconnected tools, duplicate master data and unclear process ownership can make an ERP programme expensive before it reaches go-live. We begin by mapping how work moves through your business, then turn the approved processes into configuration, integration and test requirements.

WHAT THE SERVICE CAN COVER

01

Process discovery & blueprint

Document current workflows, exceptions, organizational structures and reporting needs. Define what the implementation will cover and what depends on other systems.

02

Configuration & integration

Configure the agreed functional scope and design interfaces with applications, banks or operational systems. Build extensions only where a business requirement justifies them.

03

Data & business testing

Prepare migration templates, validation rules and reconciliation checks. Coordinate end-to-end test scenarios with business owners, including failed and exceptional transactions.

04

Go-live & user adoption

Plan the cutover, train users by role and define stabilization responsibilities. Transfer the configuration and operating knowledge required for continued support.

Deliverables you can review

  • Approved process blueprint and scope register
  • Configuration and integration documentation
  • Data validation and business test evidence
  • Cutover checklist, user guides and support handover

The final proposal specifies included outputs, dependencies, timeline and acceptance criteria for your engagement.

BUYER QUESTIONS

Before you decide.

Can Nexus8 take over an implementation already in progress?

Yes, subject to a discovery review. We assess existing configuration, open issues, documentation and testing evidence before defining the remaining work. A takeover plan needs agreement on responsibilities and access.

How is the cost and timeline determined?

We assess the systems, deliverables, dependencies and required delivery model. A commercial proposal follows the agreed scope; a fixed price or deadline should not be assumed from the service description alone.

What happens after I submit a requirement?

Nexus8 can review the details and contact you to clarify the requirement. Any further assessment, access, commercial agreement or project start is agreed separately.
